Main tasks
- Co-responsibility for risk-oriented and consolidated supervision over UBS with a focus on risk management supervision
- Analysis of risk and financial information and business processes as well as regulatory issues
- Regular interactions with the bank's representatives and foreign supervisory authorities
- Participation in projects
- Conducting and accompanying on-site inspections in selected areas and enforcing supervisory measures
- Close cooperation with other functions of FINMA
Profile
- University degree in business administration or quantitative field or higher education in banking or further training as a certified auditor
- 5-10 years of professional experience at financial institutions (banks or insurance companies) or audit firms, e.g. as a risk officer, internal auditor or auditor
- Strong communication skills, convincing interlocutor at both internal and external management levels
- Assertiveness and project management skills
- Very good oral and written English skills (C1) as well as good German or French skills (B2)
