As a Sales Representative Hematology within our Oncology team, you will be responsible for the sales development of an innovative product in Switzerland. Main responsibilities:
- Achieving the annual sales targets
- Implementing activities to promote products in the market and serving as the primary contact for centers/KOLs in your territory
- Organizing expert lectures, seminars, round tables, sponsorships, etc.
- Participating in national/international symposia and congresses
- Analyzing and preparing customer and congress visits
- Implementing the omnichannel strategy through coordinated, cross-channel customer engagement
- Using digital tools and CRM systems for efficient planning and follow-up of customer contacts
- Providing customer insights to optimize campaigns and channels (closed-loop marketing) and working closely with marketing and medical teams to ensure a consistent brand message
About you
Experience:
- Several years of successful work in Specialty Care in Switzerland (Rx)
- Existing network with oncologists/hematologists and other relevant specialists in the Swiss market is desirable
- Launch experience is an advantage
Social skills / Technical abilities:
- Good communication and presentation skills as well as confident and professional demeanor
- Experience presenting to groups, e.g., doctors, nursing staff, and at company meetings
- Adaptability to new working methods and customer interaction
- Experience and enthusiasm for digital customer communication and use of digital sales materials; recognizing the opportunities of digitalization and utilizing multi-channel possibilities according to customer needs
- Very good strategic-analytical skills
- Independent working style, self-motivation, strong implementation skills
Education:
- University degree (human medicine, pharmacy, or natural sciences), or paramedical training with specialized expertise
Languages:
- Fluent French as well as good English and German skills
