Community Care and Health Assistant - Clinical ASSC (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU HAVE

• A CFC of ASSC or any other title deemed equivalent.
• First experience acquired in an acute care service, an asset.
• Good command of common computer tools and good knowledge of English, assets.
• An attitude in line with the unit's mission.
• Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate).
• A sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good emotional control, proactivity, and flexibility.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to you taking into account their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within your scope of competence and under nurse delegation.
• Support the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the entrusted patients and help them organize daily activities.
• Be responsible for managing the patient's immediate environment in terms of hygiene and safety.
• Optimize care through a personalized, comprehensive, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.

Actively and constructively participate in teamwork.
