We are looking for team-oriented and motivated personalities for our residential group Schlossblick with its own day structure in Biberstein, starting immediately or by arrangement as
Social Pedagogue, Care Specialist EFZ (FaBe) or
Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
80% workload
You accompany adult people with mild to severe cognitive support needs in the
area of living and leisure.
Main tasks
Accompanying and supporting residents to maintain their independence, participation, and
self-determination
Nursing assistance services as well as health care
Night standby duty in the house (sleep on call)
Weekend care
Participation in holiday offers
Collaboration with other areas, relatives, and external specialists within the framework of the
key person system
Administrative work and record keeping with special software (RedLine)
Requirements profile
Diploma in social pedagogy (HF or FH) or completed training as FaBe/FaGe EFZ
Experience in accompanying people with support needs is an advantage
Empathetic, humorous, and responsible personality
Resilience and assertiveness as well as high social competence
Independent working style and willingness to work flexible hours
Appreciative basic attitude
Good MS Office user skills as well as good German language skills in spoken and written form
Driver's license category B is desired
