An Administrative Manager (100%) - 1 fixed-term contract of 9 months
Location: Lausanne
Start date: To be agreed
Salary scale : 4 (this scale applies to validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)
What you bring to our mission
You ensure the administrative and financial management of the institution's property portfolio, aiming to guarantee the availability, quality and compliance of accommodation services intended for beneficiaries.
You also contribute to ensuring the suitability, efficiency and compliance of the administrative spaces provided to staff, while optimising the use of property and financial resources in accordance with the legal framework and assigned mandates.

Your key missionsEnsure the administrative and financial management of the property portfolio (budgets, invoices, statements, cost monitoring) and analyse variances
Evaluate the use of assets (occupancy, turnover, costs, claims) and make recommendations
Manage the lease lifecycle (analysis, negotiation, renewal, termination) and handle stakeholder requests
Plan and monitor works, manage maintenance contracts and insurances
Ensure the update of housing availability according to needs
Utilise property data to support decision-making and improve processes
Collaborate with internal and external partners, handle requests and manage complex or conflictual situations
Your profile
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years professional experience in property management
Good knowledge of tenancy law (additional training is an asset)
Proficient in office tools and ideally property management software
Excellent analytical, synthesis and organisational skills
Team spirit, collaboration and flexibility
Negotiation skills, assertiveness and rigour
Interest in the field of migration
