What you move with us
- You are co-responsible for the care and execution of diagnostic and therapeutic patient processes of patients in sleep medicine
- You perform sleep/wake studies in sleep medicine on patients
- You assist in the evaluation and writing of reports of day and night examinations
- You are responsible for the adjustment and control of APAP therapies and non-invasive home ventilation
- You schedule appointments, take care of reporting and discharge reports of our outpatient and inpatient patients

About us
Barmelweid is the leading specialist and rehabilitation clinic in Northwestern Switzerland and the largest psychosomatic clinic in Switzerland. The clinic has 285 beds, with the Department of Internal Medicine caring for patients in around 180 beds. The clinic specializes in geriatric, internal, cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation as well as sleep medicine. The Department of Internal Medicine works closely with Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, enabling offers such as psychocardiology or the long-COVID program.
Barmelweid employs over 700 staff. It is located at about 800 meters altitude on a clearing in the Aargau Jura and is embedded in a unique environment with a nature park.
Sleep medicine deals with the causes and treatment of various sleep disorders. Diagnostic methods are available on an outpatient or inpatient basis. This is followed by disorder-specific treatment.
