Your Tasks
- Operational management and organization of the ward to ensure excellent and patient-oriented care
- Further development of the team through creative impulses, solution-oriented work, and evidence-based best practice approaches
- Optimization of patient flow from admission to discharge through efficient process design and coordination
- Responsibility for personnel deployment planning, team development, and a motivating, appreciative working environment
- Ensuring and further developing high quality and documentation standards in the nursing and treatment process
- Close, transparent cooperation with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth processes
- Identification of savings potentials and optimization of resource use within the area of responsibility
- Professional and de-escalating action in case of problems as well as rapid development of effective solutions
Your Profile
- Completed training with state recognition in health or nursing – ideally supplemented by studies in nursing management, nursing science, or completed further training as a specialist for management tasks in nursing (FLP)
- High willingness to make decisions, reliability, and loyalty in daily leadership actions
- Team-oriented, service-oriented, and professional appearance with pronounced leadership competence
- Strong social skills and ability to integrate for successful interdisciplinary collaboration
- Desirable: Experience in the care and nursing of mentally ill patients (m/f/d)
