Junior Property Manager CREM Mitte (m/f/d)

What you will do:
- You will manage a demanding, exciting property portfolio consisting of office complexes, retail spaces, technical and storage rooms, etc. for our client
- In this role, you will be responsible for leasing, subleasing, initial leasing, vacancy management, and all questions related to properties from A-Z
- As a hub, you will also be responsible for contract extensions, property viewings, deconstruction work (dismissing), cost controls, and reporting
- In this role, you will be in contact with owners, landlords, tenants, FM service providers, and authorities as a representative of interests
- You know how to work together as a team to achieve the best for the client and for Wincasa
That's why you succeed:
- You have several years of experience in property management (ideally commercial properties) and want to further expand your property knowledge and establish yourself as an advisor and sparring partner for a major client
- You have trained as a property manager with federal certification and want to learn more
- You hold a driver's license, are mobile, and appreciate a varied task where your organizational talent makes it easy for you to negotiate skillfully with different interest groups and achieve good solutions
- In addition to good numerical skills, networking, and analytical thinking, you have good oral and written communication skills in German
