Description:

The Qim info Expertise Center is looking for a Solution Manager & Architect passionate about software design and DevOps practices. Thanks to your development experience, your architect perspective, and your understanding of deployment and operational challenges, you will be able to create and guide your team towards ambitious and reliable solutions.

As a manager, you will play a key role in structuring, supporting, and technically elevating an ambitious team.

📄Your tasks:

• Supervise, lead, and advance a team of DevOps and Cloud engineers in a continuous skills development dynamic.

• Develop the architectural vision of solutions: model distributed systems (microservices architectures, event-driven, reactive), define key patterns, anticipate load, availability, and maintenance constraints, and guide the team in building reliable and sustainable solutions. Your role will be transversal for the expertise center and not only focused on the Cloud & DevOps team.

• Participate in pre-sales phases, in close collaboration with our sales teams and clients.

• Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and contribute to the evolution of our engineering practices.

• Work transversally with other managers to strengthen the overall vision of the Expertise Center.

💼 Required technical skills:

• You have solid software development experience combined with a strong DevOps culture.

• You are comfortable with technical environments such as Kubernetes, Terraform, API Management, CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins), and cloud.

• You are familiar with common programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python and associated frameworks.

• You have already held a tech lead or architect role, with a clear managerial or mentoring dimension.

• You have a keen sense of quality, customer service, and knowledge transfer.

• Leadership, humility, curiosity, and long-term vision are qualities you embody.
