In this role, you will drive the global R&D project portfolio for Distribution and Traction Transformers, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution of high-impact projects across multiple regions. How you will make an impact

Manage the global Distribution and Traction Transformers R&D project portfolio to ensure projects are executed according to strategic priorities, governance standards and best practices

Provide clear visibility on project status and portfolio insights to enable informed decision-making

Optimize resources across projects by identifying synergies and supporting talent selection and development

Oversee financial performance of projects, ensuring cost efficiency and proactive risk mitigation

Monitor key performance indicators and ensure accurate reporting to track progress and outcomes

Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution

Oversee the comprehensive validation of business cases for R&D initiatives and monitor benefit realization

Encourage innovation and continuous improvement to enhance processes and project outcomes

Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and compliance across all initiatives

Guide and coach R&D project managers, building capabilities and driving professional growth
Your background

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management within R&D or technology-driven environments

Proven ability to lead complex project portfolios and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and risk management

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Expertise in governance frameworks, compliance processes, and continuous improvement methodologies
