Nurse Specialist (m/f)

Your tasks

• Professional, comprehensive, and exemplary care
• Responsibility and management of the care process
• Professional support for the care teams
• Close collaboration with the team leader and the nursing expert
• Conducting training sessions and initiating and moderating professional discussions
• Taking on a specialty area (e.g., Dementia Care, Palliative Care, Wound Management, Aromatherapy, Hygiene, etc.)
• Participation in specialist groups and projects for the further development of care
• Optionally with additional responsibility as BESA/Rai responsibility

Your profile

• Qualification as a nurse HF
• High commitment to the nursing profession and the interest in positively influencing various developments
• Careful and professional working style
• Willingness to work in all shifts (primarily in morning and evening shifts)
• Proficient in IT
