Your Tasks
In your role, you are jointly responsible with your colleagues from all professional groups for the satisfaction of our patients and independently complete your tasks:
- Processing referrals / patient registrations
- Scheduling patient information appointments for our medical consultations
- Handling the pending administrative tasks
- Providing information by phone, in writing, or in person
- Participating in various projects and/or working groups
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant or further training as a Medical Secretary or already have professional experience in a clinical environment.
- You are an organizational talent, a team player, responsible, and resilient.
- You enjoy ensuring the well-being of our patients and a smooth therapy process.
- You are empathetic, caring, and helpful. You master medical terminology, are confident in the German language, and preferably have foreign language skills (English, French, Italian).
- You have good PC skills (MS Office 365) and are ideally already familiar with various clinical applications (KISIM, ROKIS, etc.).
