• As head of the Business Unit Fund Client & Services, you shape the strategic development and maintenance of new distribution channels outside the VP Bank Group with entrepreneurial foresight and innovative spirit. At the same time, as a member of the Executive Board, you bear operational co-responsibility and actively shape the future of VP Fund Solutions
• Customer relationships are more than just contacts for you – you specifically expand them, maintain them sustainably, and ensure smooth business operations at the highest level
• You manage the budget targets for your areas with a steady hand
• You lead as an inspiring leader and promote your employees in their personal and professional development
• You question the status quo, continuously analyze our services, standards, and processes, and compare them with international competitors to be one step ahead wherever possible
• Strategy is not just a buzzword for you but lived practice: you help develop it, implement it, and successfully position our business unit in the market together with the Executive Board
• Innovation is in your blood – you are responsible for innovation management, initiate global projects, and lead them to success with passion and determination
• You act as a representative of VP Fund Solutions, take on thought leadership in internal and external committees, and actively shape public perception

• Completed studies in law, economics, or a related field as well as several years of professional experience in the fund business
• Leadership experience and/or completed further training in management or leadership is an advantage
• Knowledge of structuring, NAV production, investment strategies and decisions, risk monitoring of investment funds, as well as regulatory frameworks for investment funds
• Strong analytical strategic thinking combined with consulting competence, hands-on mentality, and high motivation for acquisition
• Openness, joy in networking, service orientation, systematic and structured working style, fine manners, as well as confident and convincing appearance
• High social competence, enthusiasm, and talent for promoting and developing employees
• Willingness to travel as well as fluent German and English, both spoken and written

The fund business of the VP Bank Group is united under the umbrella "VP Fund Solutions" and includes the business with third-party funds, private label funds, as well as in-house funds. As a one-stop shop, we offer all services that together make up the fund business: from fund formations to fund administration, risk management, custodian bank business, UCITS or AIFMD-compliant management companies, and sales support to fund brokerage and portfolio management.
