About the job
- You lead the waste disposal sites area with around 40 employees both professionally and personally
- You ensure the smooth operation of the municipal waste disposal sites (Fellerstrasse/Schermen) as well as the more than 50 recycling collection points
- You actively manage site-specific challenges, are responsible for structural maintenance and operational safety
- You support collaboration with external partners or associations
- As a member of the management of Waste Disposal + Recycling, you help shape the department strategy and lead strategic projects
- Higher education in a technical or scientific field as well as business administration / corporate management
- Proven expertise in Swiss waste management
- Several years of leadership experience as well as solid experience in infrastructure management
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in working with different people
- Creativity and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong customer and service orientation
