- You ensure that nursing and work quality, quality principles, as well as performance, training, and further education assignments are adhered to
- You take care of the development and organization of ward- and/or process-related topics such as Lean Management, nursing development, etc.
- You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and programs to ensure quality and continuously improve processes

- You bring several years of professional experience
- You have already developed leadership skills to motivate, lead, and further develop your team or are willing to complete a degree in leadership
- You possess very good communication and organizational skills
- You have a positive mindset and are a balanced, motivating personality
