What you can achieve
- You shape the interprofessional collaboration in the hematology consultations and coordinate a smooth process together with the team
- You inform, care for, and support our patients with commitment throughout the entire treatment process
- You independently perform diagnostic and therapeutic routine tasks – including blood draws and injections
- You professionally prepare the consultations and ensure efficient organization
- You take on nursing tasks according to medical orders or delegation and initiate first measures in emergencies
- You carefully check the accuracy of service recording and thus contribute to quality assurance
What you bring with you
- A completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
- Very good PC skills – ideally also in handling clinic-specific applications
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are a plus
