We are looking for a Lawyer in the Legal Services of the General Secretariat in the Department of Justice and Security starting on October 1, 2025 or by agreement

Your Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for legal tasks such as instructing appeals and complaints, providing legal advice, and drafting reports. You will also advise the offices of the department as well as municipalities and private individuals on legal matters. Additionally, your responsibilities will include drafting bills, regulations, and directives, as well as providing opinions on legal decrees and reports. You will take minutes in parliamentary committees and working groups. Preparing responses from the government council to parliamentary motions is also part of your duties. You will also participate in working groups and committees.
Your Profile

For these tasks, we expect a completed law degree (MLaw), preferably with experience in the justice sector. An independent, proactive, and meticulous working style, as well as active engagement, are important prerequisites for this position. Consulting and teamwork skills complete the required profile.
