About the job
Ensuring an orderly daily routine for the inmates Maintaining peace and order in the institution Caring for the inmates within the daily structures and various forms of execution You are the first point of contact for inmates' concerns You conduct transports of inmates to external appointments You perform administrative tasks, such as recording personal data, writing reports, maintaining the daily journal, etc.
A completed vocational training (EFZ or equivalent) You have already completed the "Correctional Officer" training or are willing to do so You bring prior knowledge and experience in the security or care sector You enjoy working with people, have good manners, empathy and assertiveness, high physical and mental resilience, willingness to work irregular shifts, and a clean criminal record You have a positive attitude towards modern correctional services You have good IT skills and hold a category B driving license We would appreciate foreign language skills
