About the job
Your new role
Four days a week (60-70% workload), you take on the main responsibility for a lively group of children aged between 4 and 13 years and accompany them in everyday life and leisure activities. Together with your team and in close cooperation with the parents or guardians, you ensure the best possible support, care, and guidance for the children. The socio-pedagogical work is based on our framework concept and quality guidelines.
This position suits you if you
- have a tertiary degree in social work or childhood pedagogy.
- have experience and enjoy dynamic and lively work with children and their living environments and surroundings.
- like to work developmentally oriented and are characterized by an appreciative, solution-oriented attitude.
- value TEAMWORK highly and consider reflective and conceptual work in a team among your strengths.
- enjoy supporting young people in their training and have corresponding experience.

At 15 locations, we care for around 2000 school children from the city’s primary schools and kindergartens in the respective neighborhoods. At five additional locations, we run lunch tables for teenagers from the city’s secondary schools.
