- Operation and coordination of the ward telephone
- Organization of inpatient appointments including admission and discharge management
- Receiving and registering patients as well as visitors
- Preparation and follow-up of patient records, including archiving
- Compliance with hygiene standards, quality assurance guidelines, occupational safety regulations, environmental protection, as well as legal and internal requirements
What you bring with you
- Training as a medical assistant or a comparable qualification in healthcare
- Multilingualism is an advantage
