Assistant Sales & Business Development 80–100%
We are looking for a
In this versatile role, you support our Sales and Business Development team in daily business and ensure efficient, service-oriented processes. Reporting directly to the CEO, you take on administrative and organizational tasks along the entire sales process, contributing to a professional appearance towards our customers.
Your further tasks include:
· Participation in the acquisition of CDMO customers – from initial contact to order processing
· Efficient handling of incoming inquiries and ensuring smooth
information flow between Sales and Business Development
· Preparation, organization, and follow-up of customer appointments, audits, and meetings
· Support in the creation of offers, contracts, and the dispatch of relevant documents
· Deputizing/supporting the Executive Secretariat
· Completed commercial training, several years of professional experience, ideally with
experience in the pharmaceutical environment, in a CDMO or in administrative support
of sales functions
· Strong organizational and coordination skills as well as a structured, reliable, and
solution-oriented working style
· High level of service and customer orientation as well as confidence in dealing with internal and
external contacts
· Very good IT skills; experience with ERP/CRM systems
· Confident communication in German and English
· Familiarity with technical or regulatory contexts as well as understanding of
GMP/GDP requirements is an advantage
· Enjoy working in a team as well as a high degree of independence, reliability
and discretion
