Employee: Outpatient Patient Billing 100%

You are responsible for correct invoicing (including service verification) according to legal, collective agreement, and operational regulations.

• You primarily create outpatient invoices and provide information in case of inquiries about issued invoices
• You act as a contact person for questions from internal service providers and work closely with upstream and downstream departments
• You coordinate clarifications between service providers, patients, clinics, and insurers
• You participate in rejection management and handle invoice complaints from the outpatient service area, including canceling and creating new invoices
• You gladly take responsibility for your area of tasks and enjoy continuously optimizing processes

• EFZ as a commercial clerk and/or a basic or further medical education
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience in health and/or health insurance and solid knowledge in the areas of Tarmed, KVG, and UVG is an advantage
• Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient
• Process- and customer-oriented working style
