About the job
Your tasks:
- Creating and revising GMP-relevant manufacturing instructions and production documents for filling and packaging processes according to internal guidelines
- Ensuring completeness, traceability, and formal correctness of all production-relevant documents
- Managing, archiving, and tracking production and cleaning documents
- Creating and maintaining production logbooks and cleaning plans
- Supporting production planning through ERP data maintenance, order completion, and assisting with master data maintenance
(Bill of materials, work plans, MBR data, etc.)
- Checking material availability and coordinating with warehouse/planning
- Flexible support in various production areas, processes, and projects depending on needs and priorities
- Close collaboration with production, quality assurance, and planning for continuous improvement of documentation and GMP processes
Our requirements:
- Completed training in the pharmaceutical, chemical, technical, or industrial field (e.g., pharmaceutical/chemical/production specialist, commercial employee EFZ industrial specialization) or equivalent qualification with several years of experience in a GMP-regulated production environment
- Solid knowledge in creating, revising, and managing manufacturing instructions in the GMP area
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing and packaging processes
- Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office 365
- Structured, careful, and responsible working style with high accuracy and quality awareness
