A very good communicator, you assert yourself with strong leadership, autonomy, rigor, curiosity and have developed a very good industrial technical culture in the field. You possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, have an excellent ability to adapt and interpersonal skills. Working in a cross-functional team and with suppliers is a source of motivation for you.

• You have proven skills in project management (planning, budget management respecting cost objectives, etc.) and in industrial validation processes.
• You have experience in mechanical parts manufacturing processes (reading plans, processes, etc.) and in crisis management (debriefing, action plan, etc.).
• You know how to work in a demanding context and demonstrate responsiveness, organization, and the ability to take a step back.
• You know how to lead meetings and your natural leadership and relational qualities allow you to unite and engage teams.

Mechanical, micromechanical or generalist engineer, you have at least 10 years of proven experience in industrialization projects, methods and/or supplier quality assurance (SQA) in the watchmaking, luxury, aeronautics, space, automotive, biomedical or defense sectors. Ideally, you have already worked in an environment where quality and deadlines take precedence over costs.

As an external industrialization project manager, you drive industrial performance objectives transversally with the development, quality, purchasing, logistics departments, and

• define major industrial risks related to the industrialization of new products
• ensure the progressive and just-in-time assembly of the Industrial Validation File
• participate in co-engineering and ensure Product / Process consistency by challenging definitions and ranges
• analyze risks and opportunities or technical malfunctions in a continuous improvement approach
• implement an industrial security approach both internally and with external partners and suppliers (components, machines, etc.)
• qualify and support critical suppliers to improve their reliability (product quality, respect of deadlines and ramp-ups / PIC and PDP, etc.) in a collaborative approach.
• manage modification and optimization processes of the manufacturing chain.
• provide visibility to management and leadership on the current activity portfolio.
