The Adliswil school teaches a total of around 2000 children in kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels. For this responsible task, 500 employees work in 7 schools.

The Wilacker school is a family-oriented QUIMS school in Adliswil. 240 students are taught and cared for by 50 employees. It consists of four kindergartens and eight primary classes. The school building is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

We are looking for a teacher for school special education for 1st grade starting August 1, 2026:

Teacher School Special Education 1st Grade

Workload 80 - 90 %
14 WL IF/ISR
10 WL DaZ

What to expect:

A compact workload: You are responsible for integrative support in two 1st grade classes. In addition, there is ISR and DaZ in one of the two classes.
The SHP team and a school management with SHP master’s degree support you
The team welcomes you with open arms and great helpfulness
The school board is committed to ensuring that all students receive appropriate schooling and provides the necessary resources for ISR
You can help shape a compact and well-functioning school

What we expect:

A diploma in school special education. Don’t have one but already have experience in special education work? We are happy to support you in your further training
Enjoy working with heterogeneity and different cultures
Motivation to develop new solutions again and again in challenging situations
Willingness to collaborate in the school team
