SPITEX Thurgau Nordwest, as a municipal association on behalf of the political municipalities Basadingen-Schlattingen, Diessenhofen, Mammern, Schlatt, and Steckborn, ensures outpatient care for around 12,500 residents. Our services include nursing, care, and household services as well as psychosocial care and specialized nursing in the areas of wound management, oncology, palliative care, and dementia. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a responsible, conceptually strong personality with proven project management experience and a flair for nursing education and training.
Your main tasks
- Development, management, and implementation of projects in the nursing sector
- Support of nursing teams in process optimizations
- Planning, coordination, and further development of internal training
- Deputy for the Head of Nursing & Specialist Departments
- Professional advice to management on quality assurance and operational development
- Maintenance and expansion of external networks
Your profile
- Diploma in Nursing HF/FH with further training in leadership or management (CAS/DAS)
- Solid experience and additional training in project management
- Leadership experience in the nursing sector
- Spitex experience is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office
- interRAI HomeCare knowledge is an advantage
- Palliative Care B1 or B2 (or willingness to train)
- CAS in life-oriented dementia care (or willingness to train)
