Your tasks include
- Professional responsibility for the further development of psychiatric nursing quality in close cooperation with nursing management and ward teams
- Consultation of nursing teams and nursing professionals in complex situations
- Development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based standards, concepts, and assessments
- Initiation and management of interprofessional development projects
- Planning and conducting internal specialist and process training
- Participation on the wards is desired to directly accompany the implementation of nursing standards in everyday life.
You bring with you
- A completed Bachelor or Master of Science in Nursing PSY or an equivalent qualification (e.g., a MAS in the field of Mental Health) with professional experience as a specialist
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- High personal responsibility, proven social competence, enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration, and good networking
- Innovative spirit and patient orientation in terms of recovery and empowerment
- Service and customer orientation as well as high communication skills
