Your role:

• Leading a team of six financing experts across our branch network
• Advising demanding private clients on complex financing matters
• Developing individual financing solutions and supporting their implementation
• Further developing our financing expertise
• Active maintenance and cross-departmental collaboration with all relevant sales and market follow-up units

Your education and experience:

• Completed studies (HF / FH) or comparable qualifications (further training in financing or real estate, e.g. CAS)
• Strong leadership skills and communication strength
• Several years of experience in financing consulting
• Strategic thinking and experience in planning and implementing business strategies
• High customer orientation and negotiation skills

Your working style:

• Organizational talent and sense of responsibility
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team for cross-departmental collaboration
