What you can achieve
- Representation of the Public Relations and Data Protection Officers
- Monitoring the application of data protection regulations by cantonal and municipal authorities through advice and control, as well as drafting corresponding legal assessments and statements
- Advising cantonal and municipal authorities as well as private individuals on data protection issues, particularly through legal research in various legal frameworks and corresponding written and telephone assessments and statements
- Organizational and administrative tasks such as accounting for invoices and certain inquiries, evaluations, entries, compilations, and controls
- Participation in meetings of working groups in the field of data protection and/or public relations principles and reporting, if necessary
- Possibly contributing to various projects of the data protection office
- The deputy data protection officer performs their tasks independently and autonomously and is under the supervision of the responsible authorities of the cantonal agreement
What distinguishes you
- Legal university degree from a Swiss university (Doctorate, Licentiate, or Master's)
- In-depth knowledge of data protection law
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Methodological competence, self-organization, and good time management

- Team ability, willingness to perform, and independence
