For our production plant in Schaan, we are looking for an experienced leader who, as production management, controls the operational day-to-day with technical know-how, clear communication, and team orientation – thus significantly contributing to ensuring that our international customers receive their products on time and in the highest quality. Your tasks
- Safety first: You consistently implement safety and health guidelines and ensure a safe, well-organized working environment.
- Quality promise: You ensure that quality requirements are precisely met at every production step – so that the products uphold our high-quality promise to our customers.
- Efficient production planning: When creating production plans, you always keep resources and capacities as well as timely implementation firmly in view.
- Improving processes: Together with your leadership team and production staff, you continuously work on improving production and logistics processes. Your goal: Simplify workflows, optimize resource use, and shorten throughput times.
- Developing employees: You lead around 50 employees together with a leadership team consisting of shift supervisors and foremen. You set clear goals and promote the development of each individual. You create an environment where feedback, responsibility, and collaboration are a matter of course.
You bring with you
- Experience: At least two years of experience in production management in the assembly area.
- Professional qualification: An academic degree in engineering, industrial management, business management, or a comparable field.
- Leadership strength: The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams as well as provide orientation.
- Methodological competence: Solid knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma methods, and continuous improvement.
- Technical know-how: Experience in production planning and control as well as a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- ERP knowledge: Practical experience in using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Analytical thinking: Strong skills to identify problems, develop solutions, and successfully implement them.
