Head of Transport Logistics 2 (Western Switzerland and Ticino)
100%Your tasks
- Ensuring and optimizing operational processes as well as the efficient implementation of the business strategy
- Setting strategic impulses to ensure sustainable success in Western Switzerland and Ticino
- Leading the two operational site managers in Daillens and Cadenazzo with over 100 employees
- Discovering and developing new business opportunities
- Maintaining relationships with existing major customers and acquiring potential new customers in cooperation with the CMO
- Actively embodying the company values
You bring with you
- Several years of leadership experience in the transport and logistics industry with a corresponding track record and appropriate further education (e.g., business administration, transport management or SCM)
- Strong social skills and excellent communication skills in German and French (Italian skills are an advantage)
- High willingness to travel for regular presence at the headquarters in Oberentfelden as well as the locations Daillens and Cadenazzo
- Enjoyment of strategic, conceptual and operational activities in a dynamic company
- A goal-oriented, implementation-strong and empathetic personality
