The area of application includes the assembly/testing of automated systems for the pharmaceutical industry. The manufacturing documents, guidelines, and standards serve as the basis. In collaboration with various professionals, you will meet the deadlines, quality, and cost targets. Implementation of commissioning, qualifications, and customer acceptance of Belimed Life Science systems FAT/SAT.

The main tasks include;

Wiring of systems and their components

Pneumatic installation of the system

Testing and commissioning of the system according to applicable standards/guidelines

Recognizing and documenting technical deviations

Adherence to deadlines and ensuring the required quality

Initial commissioning of machines and systems.

Qualification of the systems and execution of customer acceptance (FAT) at the manufacturer’s site

Your profile

Completed training as an automation technician / automation specialist EFZ or installation electrician / electrical installer EFZ

Good knowledge in construction, electrical engineering, and programming, as well as in creating documentation

Good German and English skills

Knowledge in the commissioning and qualification of machines in the pharmaceutical industry
