Department of Education, Culture and Environmental Protection of Graubünden
The Training Center in Health and Social Care (CFSS) is a public law institution of the Canton of Graubünden, responsible for education and professional development in the health and social professions sector. The school offers basic vocational training at secondary level II, including the professional baccalaureate, vocational training and further education as well as post-diploma tertiary studies, courses, workshops and seminars on specific topics. The CFSS plays a key role in the development and strengthening of study programs and cycles in the health sector. In addition to recognized training programs, the CFSS offers apprentices, students, participants in professional development and about 90 employees the best possible conditions for their education, professional development and profession.
For the CFSS we are looking for a member of the school board starting July 1, 2026.
- Based on the law on training institutions in the health and social sector (LISS), the government appoints the school board and the management of the CFSS. Starting July 1, 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for a new member of the strategic body on a part-time basis.
- Communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to work flexibly, interdisciplinarily and process-oriented are among your strengths to help structure change processes in a targeted and prudent manner within the school board. To strengthen the competencies of the entire school board, knowledge in finance and accounting is very important.
- You have expertise in the health and social sector. Knowledge of the training offerings in the health sector at the professional and tertiary level as well as the main actors in the Canton of Graubünden is an advantage; you also have the political sensitivity necessary for health-related issues.
- Finally, you have strategic talent and the ability to develop cooperation with cantonal and extra-cantonal institutions.
- You are a motivated person who significantly contributes to connecting the institution with relevant regional sectors and actors. You have a close link to practice and wish to commit yourself to the education and development of the students of the Center. Good knowledge of several cantonal languages completes your profile.
