YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- International project management for a variety of maintenance services and contracts
- Responsibility for smooth mobilization of new maintenance contracts for locomotives
- Continuous promotion and improvement of initiatives for process definition, standardization, and further development of projects
- Development and elaboration of solutions as well as professional support of the Operations area
- Responsible for coordinating interfaces within the entire Stadler organization, both between different hierarchy levels and with external maintenance partners throughout Europe
- Bringing diverse experience into the sales process to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions together with sales
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the railway industry segment is an advantage
- Experience in leading/supporting demanding projects in an international environment
- A flexible mindset and willingness to grow with the scope of tasks and responsibilities
- Team player with a high level of social skills, sense of responsibility, and goal-oriented working style
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
