Head of Business & IT Enablement m/f/d

This is you:

• You bear overall responsibility for the Business & IT Enablement area and lead the associated departments both professionally and disciplinarily
• You focus on the further development of the operating model for Demand, Data & Analytics and AI topics (roles, committees, decision paths)
• You are responsible for the demand management process: intake, qualification, scoping, effort/value assessment, prioritization, handover to other IT units
• You ensure in your daily work that strategic technology decisions and major initiatives run through Global IT/Governance, so that no parallel structures/shadow IT arise
• You build clear initiative portfolios including roadmaps, business cases, benefits tracking, and capacity balancing and manage them
• You actively and future-orientedly shape the strategic orientation and further development of the group-wide IT application, platform, and process landscape in your area of responsibility
• You are responsible for the Data & Analytics roadmap, data governance (ownership, quality, catalog) and promote self-service and data culture
• You build an AI use-case pipeline and establish AI governance/policies (in coordination with Security/Legal/Audit), enablement through guidelines and training
• Moderation of relevant boards (e.g., Demand/Portfolio/AI/Data) and close collaboration with business leadership, IT domains, security, architecture, and finance are also part of your tasks

You bring with you:

• Completed studies in IT, business informatics, engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable management position, ideally in an international matrix environment
• Proven experience in the strategic management of IT landscapes, demand organizations, and project portfolios
• Sound knowledge in IT architecture, process design, and business-IT alignment
• Strong strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical thinking
• Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills at management level
• Fluent German and English skills as well as intercultural competence
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)
