As Lead Product Communication and Sales Support for Individual Insurance, you are the central interface between product management and sales for the life insurance business. In this position, you ensure that the added value of our product solutions is clearly and convincingly presented to the sales channels and our customers. With supporting materials and training activities, you contribute significantly to ensuring that our products are positioned clearly and effectively in sales.
Your area of responsibility
- Design and implementation of an effective communication strategy for product management topics in sales, taking into account comprehensive and professional stakeholder management
- Ensuring a convincing value proposition for our product solutions in all communication formats to optimally support sales
- Conceptualizing and creating sales documents, training content, and presentations, combined with actively conducting training sessions and events for sales
- Analyzing market and competitive developments to derive well-founded recommendations and impulses for product positioning
- Continuous development of communication and support measures for sales
Your strengths
- Experience in the field of individual insurance in a project management or sales function
- Excellent communication skills – complex content can be conveyed clearly and convincingly and confident handling of different stakeholders
- Conceptual thinking and structured work combined with the ability to implement ideas into effective communication measures – supported by a hands-on mentality, initiative, and clear customer orientation
- Passion for products, sales, and marketing
- Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
- Market-oriented base salary
