Your Tasks

Leading a newly formed team that ensures long-term program and marketing planning for winbib in close collaboration with locations and specialist departments

Evaluation and further development of activities in line with the library strategy focusing on networking with stakeholders and expanding the network

Design and implementation of formats to enliven the library spaces with a focus on collaboration, learning and experience exchange, and social dialogue

Strategic planning, evaluation, and further development of analog and digital marketing and management of communication channels within the framework of the winbib CD/CI

Participation in the operational implementation of events in the city library

Your Profile

Bachelor's or master's degree in, for example, information science, cultural management, marketing, or a corresponding, e.g., social pedagogical training

Several years of professional experience as well as experience in personnel management and budget responsibility

Very good communication and organizational skills

Social competence, flexibility, openness, curiosity, trust

Initiative, creativity, strategic thinking

Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
