The Office for Economy and Labor provides a wide range of services for companies, employees, and job seekers. The Logistics Department for Labor Market Measures (LAM), with around 40 employees, is responsible for planning and implementing labor market measures. These are instruments for the qualification and reintegration of job-seeking individuals and support them quickly and sustainably in returning to the labor market. These include collective and individual educational and employment measures, internships, onboarding subsidies, promotion of self-employment, as well as other cantonal and national measures.
