We are looking for a motivated team player to take on a central role in the support and modernization of our systems used worldwide.
After a thorough training phase, you will support our Global Service and our customers as
Retrofit & Technical Support Manager (m/f/d | 80 - 100%)
Exciting, challenging, and varied - your tasks
- Professional support of our customers and service teams with technical questions and malfunctions via modern communication channels (hotline)
- Analysis, evaluation, and technical documentation of existing machine controls
- Consultation on spare parts inquiries as well as technical modernization options
- Creation of retrofit concepts and economical offers
- Coordination & project management of retrofit orders up to on-site commissioning and close cooperation with design & control technology
- Support in the further development of our knowledge and support database
Passionate about technical support - your profile
- Completed training as a technician (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology)
- Solid knowledge in control technology (PLC, HMI, drive systems, Beckhoff, TwinCAT, Siemens)
- Basic understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
- Experience in technical support or retrofit area is an advantage
