Lead Psychiatric Nurse (Permanent Contract) for Home Care

Your responsibilities

Within a multidisciplinary team, you play a key role in the monitoring and well-being of patients.

As such, you will be expected to:

• Provide nursing care adapted to the physical, psychological, and relational needs of patients.
• Assess clinical situations and participate in the development of individualised care plans.
• Ensure therapeutic follow-up and contribute to the continuity of care.
• Work closely with various healthcare network stakeholders.
• Support patients and their relatives with kindness and professionalism.
• Actively participate in continuous quality improvement of care and services.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in adult psychiatry (minimum 2 years).
• Professional experience in Switzerland (minimum 1 year).
• Experience in home care is an advantage.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of common IT tools.
• Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
• Clean criminal record.
• Driving licence and residence near the region.
