Your area of responsibility
- Care and support of our clients
- Resource-oriented and holistic work
- Implementation of medically prescribed measures
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent professional training
- Preferably experience in outpatient care
- Independent and responsible work
- Understanding and joy in dealing with people in need of support
- Patience, sensitivity, and a good sense of humor
- Driver's license category B
- Good knowledge of German
