Your tasks
You coordinate and accompany the federal youth session and lead the project team. The youth session has existed since 1991 and has been held annually in the Federal Palace since 1993. It is organized voluntarily by young people and supported by a professional team. Your tasks include:
- Main responsibility for the project, together with the organizing committee and the youth session forum
- Strategic and innovative further development of the project
- Responsibility for planning and coordinating all organizational tasks of the
- Implementation of the youth session and preparatory events, together with volunteers and the project team
- Responsibility for budget and controlling
- Responsibility for internal and external project communication, together with the
- Acquisition, collaboration, and support of volunteers
- Fundraising and project fundraising together with the fundraising department management
- Leadership of the project team consisting of a project employee and a civil service member
Your profile
- University degree is an advantage
- Experience as a project manager is an advantage
- Leadership experience in a professional or voluntary context is an advantage
- Knowledge of and enjoyment in working with young volunteers
- Sensitivity for target group-appropriate communication with many different
- Very good knowledge of French with German as working language, or vice versa. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Independent working
- Resilience and willingness to work weekend hours during the youth session and preparation days - joy and interest in politics in general and youth politics in particular
