As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Conducting professional service in compliance with quality standards
- Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints
- Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing
- Supporting the chef de rang or demi-chef de rang in monitoring cleanliness, order, and standard presentation
- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or hotel specialist in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry or comparable qualification
- Additional qualification as Commis de Bar desirable
- Ideally, first experience at the bar during training
- Friendly, open, and professional appearance
- Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage
