We are looking for our training center in Lausanne for a start date on August 1, 2026, or by agreement, for a duration of one year, a

With their creative skills, they support participants in their abilities and actively contribute to promoting personal initiative. You will receive training in visual impairment. Regular working hours.

Your tasks

• support and guide blind and visually impaired people in manual work and creative activities
• conceive, organize, and supervise small projects
• perform administrative tasks on PC
• co-organize excursions and events

Your profile

• You are considering a professional orientation in the social field
• You are interested in working with blind and visually impaired people
• You enjoy working creatively with various materials
• You show initiative, are resilient and flexible
• You are comfortable with IT and Office programs
• You bring joy and humor - we are convinced that this is a good basis for fulfilling work
