Your Tasks
- Administrative and organizational support of all involved professional groups and areas of the center as well as the external locations
- Patient reception and patient administration (case openings, case closures and follow-up, etc.)
- Answering phone calls, registrations and triage, appointment scheduling and coordination as well as service recording and control
- Writing medical reports from dictation as well as general correspondence
- Performing simple medical tasks (e.g. urine samples, breath tests)
Your Profile
- Diploma medical secretary, MPA training (advantageous), psychology student or commercial training
- Professional experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Team spirit, motivation, flexibility, resilience as well as interest in new areas of responsibility, networked thinking, initiative and reliable working style
- Flair for modern communication tools and confident German
- Punctuality, teamwork and structured work are important to you
- High customer and service orientation
