About the job

• Direct assistance to the management in organizational, teaching-related, and communicative matters
• Central contact point for students, lecturers, and external stakeholders in everyday university life
• Independent work in budget management, remuneration process, and accounting
• Active participation in the conception, organization, and execution of the exhibition, information days, and external events
• Design, production, and coordination of visual communication content
• Independent development, maintenance, and further development of communication platforms (website, social media)
• Coordination of the social media student group
• Collaboration with the marketing and communications department

• You work extremely structured, organized, and with a strong sense of priorities
• You bring high motivation, flexibility, and joy in working in a lively environment with changing requirements
• You take responsibility, act on your own initiative, and independently drive tasks and projects forward – even when several topics run in parallel
• You keep an overview in exchange with many different stakeholders and coordinate processes as well as larger groups confidently
• You have a pronounced understanding of visual communication and digital media
• You are proficient in the professional use of social media and digital communication formats and recognize trends and target group needs
• You handle digital project management tools confidently and structured or quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
• You are linguistically skilled in spoken and written language
• You have a completed university degree (Bachelor and/or Master)
