Job Description

Your Team and Your Mission 

At Wüest Partner, we combine expertise, data, and digital solutions to create solid decision-making foundations for the real estate industry. In our digital teams, we develop innovative products and platforms – from SaaS solutions like Wüest Dimensions to new AI-powered services. 

We are transitioning from a SaaS model to "Agentic AI as a Service." This role is crucial to driving this transformation – from initial experiments to productive use cases on a solid foundation for further expansion. Significant regulatory requirements demand a personality who drives progress while carefully considering compliance guidelines. 

Your Tasks 

As our AI Project Manager, you are the central interface between business, customers, product, and engineering, ensuring that our key AI initiatives are implemented with focus and are commercially viable. Your main tasks include: 

• Responsibility for the implementation and management of AI initiatives in terms of time, scope, and budget in close collaboration with the CPO 
• Aligning stakeholders regarding roadmap priorities, sequencing, and goal conflicts 
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across various locations (e.g., Berlin, Lisbon)  
• Moderating and conducting agile ceremonies with clarity and goal orientation 
• Proactively removing obstacles and escalating when decisions are needed 
• Transparent reporting to senior management and translating technical complexity into understandable business communication 
• Continuous monitoring of costs and efficiency within AI initiatives (e.g., infrastructure and LLM usage) and deriving optimization recommendations 

Qualifications

Your Profile 

• Completed studies in computer science, data science, AI, or a related technical field 
• 5 years of experience in project and program management in technology or digital environments and in agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) 
• Practical experience with AI/ML initiatives, including understanding the differences between classical software development and AI development cycles, agentic AI concepts, and LLM-based systems 
• Up-to-date with current developments in the AI industry, including actively experimenting 
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, or comparable) is an advantage 
• Structured, proactive working style and the ability to navigate confidently even in an environment characterized by uncertainty 
• Very good communication skills in German and English as well as the ability to lead through expertise and diplomacy
