• You lead a specialized department consisting of lawyers and specialists both professionally and personally. Your team independently handles all UVG recourse cases, takes on complex property insurance recourses, and supports all sectors with demanding recourse cases.
• You assume the professional and strategic overall responsibility for all recourse activities of AXA Switzerland – both within the department and in decentralized units.
• You actively drive digitalization and process optimization in the recourse area and support transformation in all dimensions and across all sectors.
• You maintain contact and exchange with representatives of other insurance companies, institutions, and AXA group companies and ensure appropriate representation in relevant committees.
• You are responsible for monitoring as well as structured reporting to management and lead the target-setting process.

• You have a completed law degree, ideally with a lawyer's license, and possess good knowledge of liability and recourse law.
• You bring leadership experience as well as pronounced leadership qualities.
• Change management as well as digital and agile transformation are central elements for you in the further development of the recourse area.
• High social competence, coaching skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills characterize you.
• You enjoy working in a team and think and act across departments.
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; communication in English and French comes easily to you.
