About the job
Electrical Engineering - more than half a century of experience. We plan electrical, operational, and safety systems and automate buildings. In addition, we take on overall planning, client support, and site management. The Boess group employs around 125 people. Proximity to our customers is important to us, which is why we are represented throughout Switzerland with 12 locations.

Your daily work with us
- You create plans and diagrams for exciting projects in electrical planning in the area of national roads and building technology
- You support project managers in concept, planning, and execution
- You work with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable)
- You develop solutions together in the team and contribute your ideas
- You accompany projects from planning to realization
👉 In short: You are a central part of the planning – not just an assistant.
You bring with you
- Training as an electrical planner EFZ or electrical installer EFZ
- First experience in planning or motivation to get familiar with it
- Enjoyment of structured, independent work
- Interest in CAD and technical solutions
- Good German skills
