Your new role
As a member of a four-person team, you review applications for alimony advance payments and debt collection assistance, issue the corresponding orders, and conduct the annual audits. Furthermore, your responsibilities include managing the accounting in the alimony department, carrying out all necessary debt collection measures, and handling the entire administration within your area of responsibility.
This demanding position is suitable for you if
- you have completed commercial training and further education in the field of alimony affairs (Alimony Specialist Certificate, Municipal Vocational School, or equivalent training).
- you have knowledge or professional experience in debt enforcement and bankruptcy law as well as in the social insurance sector.
- you enjoy working independently and have a structured, precise, and efficient working style as one of your strengths.
- you are resilient and able to assert yourself in challenging situations.
- you have a flair for numbers, can express yourself articulately, and possess negotiation skills.
- you are a reliable person with empathy for social concerns.
- you are open to further training in the alimony field.
